got in quick and they were super nice.
They quoted me one price over the phone and charged me more in person, made me wait 48 minutes even though I had an appointment and the lobby was near empty. I showed them my paperwork from another vet, it had the details of which shots my cat needed.The receptionist grabbed my paperwork (with other personal unrelated documents attached). 3 minutes later she comes back without the papers, and I ask for them back and she says she can't find them! My Baby Lola Died Two hours after Surgery. I have no words to express the pain i feel from losing my lola.She was the sweetest little girl ever and I loved her more than anything. My dog was feeling sad for a day or two so I decided to take her to the veterinarian.They did x-rays, blood test, physical exams and came to the conclusion that my lola has Pyometra. I made an appointment for a neuter for a kitten, I was told I could drop off at 9:00 I get there and I find out I have to wait to see the doctor, I am on break from work so my time is limited. I explained this to the lady and was told Dr. is on his way, than he arrives, and I am still waiting. After 30 mins mind you I was the first customer in the door I said I am leaving and the girl said ok good bye. Really awesome place! Prices are reasonable. The staff is sweet and the Dr is very conscious and knowledgeable. They really love animals. I'm so glad this exists.
