called about 2:30 on a Saturday needing to get my chi a rabies shot, see we're truckers and he needed it to get across the Canadian border. they told me I could do a walk in if I got there before 3:30 .i arrived at 3 and was out the door with the pup and papers in hand and only paid 24 bucks! 1/3rd of what others wanted for the same shot/office visit. we have found our new vet! fast, friendly, and courteous.
Arrived at 5:45 PM. Hours on website and on door at Pasadena office indicate 10 am - 7 PM office hours. Nothing on website indicates coming in after 5 is a problem. Receptionist told us there was a 5 PM appointment in the exam room, a 5:30 due, and we would have to pay the $60 premium exam fee (normal in all paper, forms, and online is $15). Vet would not speak with us. This site will overcharge, not explain themselves, and not honor their advertising. The vet on site is not the "head vet," but still should have come explain... read more
