We called Afford-A-Rooter on New Year's Day because our kitchen sink was plugged and we were expecting company. AJ arrived within 2 hours of our call! He was very professional and thorough. He cleaned our drain from the snow covered roof vent to our basement. He cleaned up the mess in the basement and would not accept our help. He did not charge us a holiday charge and spent 2 hours working. As senior citizens, we would highly recommend AJ and Afford-A-Rooter in the future!
Found this company under the Better Business Bureau. Called on a Sunday. Had someone to me within 20 minutes of my call. No emergency fee charge. They were quick and efficient and had to give it to the drive for dealing with my stupid questions for the entire time. Will use this company again and will referrer to anyone who needs a plumber.
