Afford-A-Rooter was great to work with. I called the team with a concern about our water line and the team was responsive, professional and were willing to take the time to explain the entire process and answer all of my questions. They were reasonably priced and were able to get the job done well and quickly. I would highly recommend this team, and I would absolutely hire them again.
AJ contacted me directly to schedule a closer time. He listened carefully to my explaining that running water in only one side of the house would cause a backup. He located the problem immediately and was finished within 15 minutes. Thank you AJ!
Ask yourself if you can afford to have your yard destroyed before hiring this company. See the before and after pictures of a job they did. The last picture is what a yard is supposed to look like after a repair - one clean line with a trencher. They also quoted $2,500 to repair a collapsed and guaranteed on their estimates and verbally they would ensure no other issues in the line when fixing the collapsed section. They did great job fixing our sewer, it was very professional and quick, they even didn't damage our driveway.
Called for a drain cleanout. They said they would arrive in about two hours. Called to confirm, but no reply and they never showed up. Wound not recommend if you actually need them to show up.
Was not treated very well by staff, will never use or recommend again. Felt like they didn’t care about my complaints or that they even wanted to fix the situation. The owner would not even call me when I was told he would. They also charged me more than I was quoted and failed to explain why. Horrible horrible experience
