Never knew having a broken garage door could be a positive experience! John showed up at the planned time, was well prepared, efficient and personable. He also showed me how to lubricant the hinges and springs to keep the door running smoothly. No surprise fees or issues. I’m a very happy customer and would not hesitate to call him again. Good customer service is as valuable as a working door.
