The care givers they do have, don't want to work. Very unreliable. They never have a replacement. I would never recommend them for anyone's family member.
Legitimate and professional company they just have very low pay and not very many cases .no direct deposit , pick up paper check only and no benefits ..no bonuses or raises , no referral bonus other then that everyone in the office have been professional.
this company is unreliable and unprofessional. no one knows who handles scheduling, they never have any cases, the amount of money they offer ($8) is way below market rate. there is no training for those who has never done the work. they often pass off the dirty work to the only black girl working there "CRYSTAL" who has the brain of a dunce.
