Request a loan with the bank for debt consolidation on May 10, 2022 with no reply to my application until May 17, 2022 @ 2:27pm.I used online chat which took over 10 minutes each time to get a person to chat with and was told by them that my application was being reviewed and I will know something as soon as the underwriter finishes my loan. Ive been an Affinity customer for 18 years. The sent me a solicitation that I was preapproved for a loan. My credit rating is near perfect. Having successfully borrowed from them before, I applied for a short-term loan for a home upgrade. The online application wasnt in depth and I expected a request for tax returns or investment reports. I called and inquired if the needed more information. My son has is 18 years old and has a learning disability. It is difficult for him to process verbal information. I did what **** asked a few months ago and sent them a copy of his passport, my drivers license and a letter signed (which means he printed his name) by him and myself. I've had nothing but problems with my checking account and my credit card and my truck loan I have called with problems and they could not fix them and they promised a supervisor would call me back they never call back it is almost impossible to get a hold of a speaking person they have taken advantage of me during the covid when I deferred my truck payment for a few months when I did start paying it again it was all interest I think that's pretty unfair
