I have been a patient of Dr Mulgrew for over 10 years. My husband sees him also. He is an outstanding clinician. He takes time to explain the results of our exams (whether or not there are any significant findings) in easy to understand terms which is above and beyond. I so appreciate him helping me have more awareness of my eye health. His staff are professional, friendly and helpful! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Mulgrew to anyone! First rate practice!

Dr. Gudenkauf saw me after I had spent 1 1/2 weeks hoping that whatever was stuck in my eye would work itself out. The office fit me into her schedule and she patiently worked on my poor, sore eye, until she was able to coax out a tiny black speck from under my eyelid. Like magic....once that speck was removed, my eye recovered quickly. Sometimes you just need an expert to do what your eye cannot do on its own. Thank you, Dr. Gudenkauf.

I too, have been going to Dr Mulgrew since he was with Lens Crafters. I have wandered occasionally and gone to other optometrists, always to return. I do not have easy eyes to correct (astigmatism, developing cataracts, GPC, unusual optic nerve in one eye, nearsighted) but Dr Mulgrew persists, having me try different contact lenses and prescriptions, in an effort to give me maximum correction and comfort. Both Jean and I really appreciate Affinity Eye Care. Their staff take good care of us checking in, checking out, testing and scheduling. Even re-scheduling is painless. I can't say enough wonderful words concerning Dr. Mulgrew! His doctor "bedside manner" is so enjoyable that I probably take too much of his time engaging in conversation.
