Dr. Mulgrew and his associates have taken care of our family's vision for over 25 years. They are professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We recommend them highly!
I needed to get my glasses adjusted, and I got excellent help from the staff. They suggested a solution to my problem of fit and need for more sun protection that I wasn't aware of before. I have seen Dr. Mulgrew for several years and always have found him and his staff wonderful to work with.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Mulgrew before he opened his own clinic. He performs a timely, thorough exam. He is honest and doesn't try to talk you into anything extra. He has no problem with you going elsewhere to buy glasses after his exams. I am not sure why others have stated that the office is problematic. We have never encountered any problems when we had insurance with my employer or since now that we now no longer have insurance. We find the practice to be very fair. Try to get continuation of care there for a chronic condition. Their "doctors" put in 6 months to a year there and then leave. I have had to go there to see a Retina Specialist, for the last couple of years and have seen no less than 6 different doctors. The last one I saw admitted he is there for 1 year. So that means I'll have to switch again after 3-4 visits with him. Then I will have to start over again with another one. Really really frustrated with them
Thieves! Dr. Goudenkofd did not fit me for contact lenses! When she said she could! They tried to charge me $150 for a fitting that they never performed! Never sent me a bill for services but sent it automatically to collections, steer clear of these folks! Their business practices are horrible! I'm considering suing them in Small Claims Court!!!
Great staff, Dr. Murphy & everyone is so nice & professional, & they go out of their way to make sure they get your prescription & glasses right. Love my glasses, very fair cost, great people! Highly recommend Affinity Eye Care.
Try ed to over sell me. what should have cost me $25, they tryed to get $300 off me for extra things I didn't have or want . Luckily I know what my insurance will pay and what I should pay. They didn't get it from me and and I will never go back!!
Best prescription I have ever had for my glasses. Dr Murphy is very thural, explains everything & is very kind. I will keep him as my eye doctor forever. The staff are very friendly & works with me on my insurance. I would recommend them to everyone.
