Everyone is very nice Everyone is very nice; Dr. Saldana, Carlos, and everyone else that assisted me every appointment I have are all very nice and friendly. They all show that they care!
The front desk staff The front desk staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I was greeted with a smile and the wait time was minimal. When I was seen, the doctor clearly explained the procedures he'd be performing and did everything possible to minimize any discomfort. I was very impressed to have two fillings done and I experienced absolutely no pain.
They get you in on time They get you in on time and don't leave you sitting in the chair waiting for the dentist/hygienist. Everyone is always happy and smiling. I recommend this dentist to all of my friends.
Timely, kind, and quality Timely, kind, and quality. Very surprised to have this kind of service as the last patient of the day. A friendly, caring, professional environment which makes one comfortable.
My cleaning My cleaning was fantastic. Both the hygienist and the assistant were very helpful and didn't rush me through everything - I hadn't been to a dentist's office for several years and had questions as well as trepidation concerning pain. I ended up feeling NO PAIN, and I am now confident I will go back in six months and continue to take care of my teeth properly.
The dentists and their techs The dentists and their techs are very, very good. Got the best teeth cleaning I ever had - got rid of stains others just couldn't get in the past. I also received good advice about work needed and good advice about things I need to do in better ways at home. And they don't waste my time.
I've been a patien I was most pleased with my return visit ... it had been over a year and no one chastised me! Sandy has excellent customer service skills and Dr. Kory remembered me kindly. I have referred 4 staff already and will continue to do so... thank you
No pressure I always receive great care at Affinity Dental. The staff are very courteous and personable, and I feel like they take the time to explain my options to me and allow me to make decisions on the services I'll get without pressuring me.
Loved them both Love Dr. Kory and my Hygienist Carlos is an absolute rock star. Front desk staff is top notch with great initiative.
