This is the WORSE dentist location I have been to. I HIGHLY recommend to go somewhere else. The have the WORSE customer service ever. I had an appointment which at the time the billing rep wasn't there so they advised they'll call me or for me to call them back to discuss what services I will need and cost for them. They NEVER called me back. So I called them MANY times and was advised every time the billing rep wasn't there and they'll call me back. Which they NEVER did. Worst customer service ever. Had me wait over 30 min after my appt time. They wanted to take a week to do a referal when I had already said I was in pain. Who lets their patients be in pain for over a week to mail in a referral when they could just call.
Made me feel comfortable They made me feel comfortable when I get into the chair. The hygentist and doctor were very calm and caring. They made sure I wasn't in any pain when they were working on me. It has been a long time since I had been to the dentist and they were so kind and understanding.
Excellent Service I received excellent service from everyone. Marla was great with all of my kids. It is always a wonderful experience at Affinity Dental.
I love the staff here. They are always so friendly and make me feel comfortable in a place where I am terrified. The dentist does a great job and the hygienist are through, yet gentle.
