This was my first time going to Affinity Dentistry. I decided to go to them as they had received their second Best of Edmonds Award. It definitely lived up to the hype. They are extremely friendly. Their dental hygienist was very kind and didn't hurt me once. That has not been my experience in the past. Now that I have switched over to Affinity, I will work on the rest of my family to switch over as well. They're great company, super kind and friendly, and they do an amazing job.

I was really surprised and disappointed by this office’s cancellation policy. I tried to reschedule my appointment with about 24 hours’ notice because I was sick, but was told I’d still be charged a cancellation fee. It seems like encouraging sick patients to come into the office—or penalizing them for staying home—isn’t in anyone’s best interest.
