Affinity Auto is fantastic! My parents bought a car from them almost 12 years ago and they highly recommended them to me while I was car shopping. They are so helpful and not at all pushy. Their staff is super friendly. I am really happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone.
Just a straight 10 stars out of 5. I worked with Tyler and he gave me advice, was very fair, trustworthy and you can tell their team has a passion for the highest quality of service. My experience was easy and comfortable. I left with a used 4Runner that I love and they were just just as happy as I was. They put everything into finding quality vehicles. Couldn’t be more grateful to Tyler for going above and beyond.
Great reps and they have fantastic computer software that really breaksdown what you're paying for. I had gone to a dealership the day before and they were not straight up about how much I'd be paying in interest or what all the fees were. I really appreciated the straightforward nature and explanations.
Didn't buy a car from them cause they didn't quite have what we wanted but was very impressed with them from our interactions with them. Very helpful and not pushy.
Extremely disappointed in the way this dealership does business. As an out of state buyer, I relied on communication through phone or email, both of which I hardly received from them. Trying to communicate with Affinity was like pulling teeth, eventually I learned they were busy... but a 1 minute email or short phone call wasn't an option...
