We have had a wonderful experience with receiving information about this apt community and all it's great amenities!!! We feel that we are going to love living here and so will our 2 little dogs!!!!
I have been here 4 months now and so glad I am here. The staff is friendly, responsive and always ready to help.
Enjoyable stay this past week the Affinity in west Pasco WA - Broadmoor. Open 6 mos ago, still has that, "new car smell" about it. ;-) Attractive property outside & in; and both residents & operating staff friendly & welcoming. Special t/y to AdminDirector, Mike Sherman for assistance & answering all questions - even a couple I didn't even think to ask.
I’ve been a resident of Affinity at Broadmoor since Feb 10. And I feel like I’ve been living here my whole life. The amenities are amazing and available 24 hours a day/night. The website is a VERY good one but if you come visit it will blow your mind even more. I’ve made so many new friends and it’s such a blessing to know I can live without being lonely with so many activities to choose from. As for management, they spoil us so much.
