Very incompetent office staff. The office manager Jodi T, does not have knowledge of how to verify insurance information and has very poor customer service skills. Her "superior" Dr. Levitt is just as incompetent and essentially told me that I would have to speak to the very person whom disrespected my family to get to a resolution, though he hired her and owns the practice.
