Very rude frond desk!! Wanted to schedule an appointment. Kept me 30 min on hold to check my insurance and all kind of funny question. When I got upset of waiting and not giving me appointment she said- go to the next doctor and hand up. Never had this bad experience. I am writing this review to protect people getting hurt like i did.
One of the best doctors my mother has ever been to. She was very honest from the beginning with what expectations to have. I feel like she is very knowledgeable and took her time with us. She also did most of the testing in office herself. The front office staff is also very nice.
Dr. Eleonora Spokoyny, is not only a highly skilled neurologist but also a compassionate human being. Her commitment to patient care and her patients' well-being is truly commendable. She diagnosed my husband with hydrocephalus, and saved him of a very poor quality of life. A diagnosis that many other doctors had missed. I have been a patient of Dr. Spokoyny’s for over 15 years. She has consistently been incredibly helpful to me. She is very caring, listens, thinks outside the box (I have a combination of autoimmune issues) and has helped with my chronic migraine issues. She has also encouraged me to discuss alternative treatment solutions with my other doctors.
This place is a joke. The service is bad. Everyone is unfriendly including the doctor! Dr. Spokoyny's listening skill is very poor and not thinking outside of the box. Even if this is the only doctor on earth I wouldn't want to let her treat me. I'd give her a 00000 Star if I could.
