Failed bunion surgery by Dr. Filiatraut. A year and a half out, I have been diagnosed with degenerative arthritis in the joint, hallux rigidus. The pain in my big toe increased following the surgery and has never gone away. I saw Dr. Hill for foot issues I was experiencing during pregnancy, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her care. The staff is incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming, which made my visit such a positive experience. Dr. Hill is efficient, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain my options. She provided immediate relief as well as recommendations for long-term foot health. I highly recommend Dr. Hill and her team to anyone looking for compassionate and expert podiatry care.
The actual visits were great - my review is based on the phone call I had with billing just now, asking about my price breakdown. I paid out-of-pocket for insoles and insurance was to reimburse (how mine works). The check I was sent was not the full amount, so I called billing and asked what the price difference was about. The lady started explaining, but I still didn't understand and she got more irritated the more times I had to ask her to explain - I even got an audible "oh, my gosh." I visited today spoke with Michelle at the front desk. Michelle spelled with two Ls 🙂She is super nice!! Met Dr Mistretta he was thorough and addressed all my concerns. I forgot everyone else name but they were all professional and so nice on a Friday.
