Absolutely horrible distribution center for moving freight. I was among 25+ trucks waiting to unload maybe more there was too many to count. Arrived at 2:45 pm currently still waiting at 9pm. Will never recommend or be back to haul for them !!!
I have to say it's been a better experience than most grocery places I've been to. Actually I was called in a door right at my appointment time, checked in and the lumpers jumped right on it. (After checking in with the guard an hour early I parked at the Love's until they called for a door to back in). I was expecting the worse and glad it went well. The truck entrance is same road past the Love's truck stop.
Every Review is correct. I will add that as soon as they get you done, then they are in a hurry ... To get you to leave.
Appointment was at 9pm.. showed up at 8pm.. told me to park and wait for a call.. all parking full so I parked at the end of the street. 11:18pm and still no phone call yet.. what's the point of an appointment time. I'm lucky to get detention pay... if you get here early.. I would stay at loves and just wait for a call.. To update this review. I just got done and it is 6 30 am.
Horrible!!! Only 1 person working at Gaurdshack you check in the park sit and wait at least a hr for a door then if you’re lucky you get the west docks if not you get the north dock which requires a code to enter a gate then you find your door and back in there’s no bathrooms it takes 3 hrs after your empty to get a text to pay a hefty lumper fee then another hour to be released after you pay so time expected here at least 4-5 hrs no respect for drivers time schedule if i could i would give them negative 10 stars
