I saw Dr Cooper twice after my doctor left. She gave a speed exam (I have had a history of skin cancer) and began to leave, answering the one question I had as she walked out the door. On my second visit, the office scheduled it for the wrong office (she wasn't there that day) but I took off work so went 3X as far to see her. They did squeeze in an appt at her location that day which was considerate. She seemed annoyed and said that she had a dental appt and again gave me a perfunctory exam. Needless to say I changed doctors... read more

TERRIBLY RUDE! She wants to make as much money as possible, so she rushes through patients, seeing 40 a day sometimes!!!! She makes roughly $200 per patient at that which translates to an $8000 day! She has NO bedside manner, and I hope that she has an awakening on how she behaves. I am sure she is a devoted family woman, but I would like to see that devotion to her patients as well.

Once again, rushed through a body scan so fast she never even looked. My husband likes her and tries to joke with her but she doesn't seem to care about anything except processing people. The three things I wanted her to remove, growths that itch and cysts behind my ears were dismissed completely as unimportant and she left and told me to dress and go. Enough!

After waiting weeks for an appt. I was extremely disappointed to get a mere 3 min. with Dr Cooper. When I asked her for something for mild acne, she said that it wasn't that bad and I should deal with it. then said that she would prescribe something for me since it was 'such a big deal to me'. She then rushed out of the room so fast that I had to chase her into the hallway to get the prescription. Her bedside manner is non-existent. She might be good at what she does but she makes you feel like a piece of meat not a person.

Dr. Cooper has been my dermatologist for 18 years. I was very happy to see that she (and 2 other phsycians from her practice) was voted one of the Best Doctors in New Jersey by her peers in this month's issue of New Jersey Monthly Magazine. Thank you Dr. Cooper for always taking such good care of my family and me. We love you.

I was referred to Dr. Cooper by my GP for unexplained hair loss. When I went to Dr. Cooper she first said I had male pattern baldness then when I asked about my lack of beard or eyebrows, she said I had Alopecia. She recommend cortinzone shots. I was going once a month receiving in excess of 50 shots a visit. The hair loss slowed down but continued to fall out but at a slower pace. After seeing her for three years atleast once a month, I am now bald with no hair at all. All she could say was sometimes it works, sometimes it ... read more

I visited Dr. Cooper for a rash last week. After being to several other doctors, including another dermatologist, I was finding no relief and becoming very frustrated, especially since I have to pay a high copay every time I see a doctor. As soon as she walked into the room she knew what the condition was and actually gave me free samples of the needed medication. Within 24 hours, I noticed improvement, within 48 hours, the rash was gone! No nonsense, efficient, brilliant and kind. I will recommend Dr. Cooper to my family an... read more

I brought my son to see Dr. Cooper a few years ago and she was very rude and unprofessional. My son sat on the examining table and she stood across the room from him. She never examined him or came close enought to him to accurately diagnose him. She just wrote out a prescription and left the room. I still go to the practice but only see the nurse practioner or another doctor, never her.
