Walked in with bad cough, was seen by nurse told me to go to a ER. Waste time, I ended up going another Urgent care got treated for Bronchitis.

You are the absolute worst office, we made appointments for 8am for covid test , you were late opening, told us to go online and waste 30 minutes filling out forms , rescheduling, and more waiting outside,and then have the nerve to say you don't take swab tests until 11 am , WTF !!!! IS WRONG WITH YOU!!! WE HAVE TO GO TO WORK BY 9 AM , WHY DIDN'T THAT LITTLE TWIT WORKING THE WINDOW TELL US THAT WHEN WE WALKED IN FIRST THING. YOU ARE GOING TO GET THE WORST POSSIBLE REVIEW ON EVERY POSSIBLE SITE ,
