Great care.. great customer service. All of the Drs are very personable especially Dr. Bickmore.
I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care in West Hartford. It's incredibly well run, clean and the staff truly differentiate this urgent care from others in the area. Friendly, knowledgable and fast! Even if it's a slight drive, it's worth it for the care and service you'll receive.

Staff is friendly. I came at around 2:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday for a health checkup for DMV. Wait was about 10 min only. Seems to be taking a bit longer after I took the urine sample but overall a good experience.
Every person here is WONDERFUL! From check in to waiting, then Yamiliz, Medical Assistant, weighed me, took, vitals, etc., and she couldn't have been more professional and nice. It was a short wait to see the doctor. I will definitely recrecommend this office and be back if needed. Kudos!
Been here a few times and I love that you get in and out quickly. Everyone is very nice and Jenny is always very friendly.
