Absolutely AWFUL!!!!! If you have to get tested for COVID prior to a procedure do NOT ago here unless you WANT COVID!!!!!!!! I waited in my car for 2 hours to be tested per my doctors orders prior to a surgical procedure. No problem. They then called me into the SMALL waiting area with 15-20 potentially COVID positive patients for another HOUR AND A HALF!!!!! What is the point of this?!?! RecommendedI just would like to say that the staff here is top notch the best . And Dr Vitola is probably one of the best Dr I have ever meet . He and this staff really made me feel completely comfortable and relieved my mind of my worries at the same time professionally took my issues and def made me feel better right from The moment I walked thru the door . I personally have had nothing but great experiences here with both doctors.. but last night I took my 75 year old great grandmother here at 7:40 PM and the doors were locked and she wasn’t able to be seen. She called today and spoke to the manager and she still didn’t get a answer except that “we arrived later then 7:40 PM. So below I will attach a picture that is TIME STAMPED. I went here on Saturday. The doctor remembered me from April 2017. Dr. V. was so patient and compassionate. I think he's one of the nicest people I have ever met! Great care, very little wait time.
Dr. Vitola was our primary for years. We were devastated when he retired a few years ago, but understood his reasons. Hearing he is back practicing medicine we knew the angels heard our prayers. He is the best of the best!! Dr. Vitola is thorough, attentive and gives 110% to all his patients. Everyone at the practice is kind and caring. A great experience all around. I’m so happy to have our favorite doc back at it. ❤️
Best urgent care I have ever been to. the staff is very nice and personable. Everytime we go, we are in and out in less than 30-40 minutes!
