No. Don't go there wasting your time and money!!! I brought my dad to AFC urgent care Waltham to clean his ears. After waiting outside for 15 min after check-in and then 45 min in the room, still nobody came, I complained. The woman was very rude and said their goal is to have less than 1 hr waiting time in the room. Since I had only 45 min, I should not complain and should be patient and waiting inside the room... I have been here three times in three years, and had awesome care each time. Clean, fast, great care, everyone who works there is SMILING. Each time. Fantastic and less-expensive by far than ER visit. Outstanding service.
Aug/30/2016 Big thank you to the crew at urgent care I travel a lot for work I'm always away from home. It's never fun to have to go see a doctor it's not yours but you guys made me feel at home and the shop was extremely clean and the crew seemed very knowledgeable and they took their work professional. Plus as a man it was like walking in to heaven with so many beautiful faces in one building Pleace love n god bless from san diego california
I went there about a month ago. Sinusitis seen quickly. The PA was awesome. Gave me antibiotics. Within hrs I felt better. Good to have ice in Waltham
I was so unimpressed I can't even remember the doctor's name I would never go back there.
This is a great resource in our community! I've been several times and highly recommend it. It's clean, the staff is nice and I didn't have to wait long at all.
