The staff was friendly nd professional. I wis in and out in 30 to r so minutes.
They diagnosed my very ill husband with the flu. They supposedly tested him for it but on the form it said diagnosed without test. Brought him home and he got sicker and sicker over the following few days. He ended up with an overnight stay at NWH due to having a combo of strep and pneumonia. This very scary health crisis could have been avoided if they had done their due diligence and actually tested for the flu and did a quick strep test which were the first things the hospital did when we checked him in. RecommendedThis is our favorite urgent care. Everyone is very nice and providers are very thorough with workups and diagnoses. Ever since my husband and I started going here, we haven’t gone anywhere else for acute illnesses!
Went here Friday for a sinus infection and came back today because it turned into an ear infection. They were so quick and friendly. Won’t send anyone to any other urgent care from now on!!
While the Drs and staff are professional and competent the fees are outrageous. My daughter went in for a flu test and was billed $633. I called to question a $358 fee to see the Dr and was told this is standard. I explained it was more than double other area clinics and almost double an ER visit. Thankfully we have insurance but word to the wise for anyone who does not. $633 for a flu diagnosis seems extremely high priced. Thanks to the folks at AFC Express for taking care of me this afternoon. After a day of pain, I am resting comfortably and feeling much better. I was helped out right away and everyone who worked there was sensitive and pleasant. It turned out I needed to call back because there was a problem filling medicines at CVS today (of course) and they were extremely helpful in facilitating me getting the prescription at a different pharmacy.
Fast and efficient service, nice staff and doctor!
Firstly, absolutely no time punctuality. The place takes extremely long for doing even the simplest of tests. The doctor will spend hardly 1-2 minutes with you even after your turn comes, and you will be waiting for 45-50 minutes in there, just waiting to hear absolutely nothing!! They took some blood and other samples to test, and now its been 4 days to that, with absolutely no contact from them. Calling them gives me the response 'We are extremely busy'.
