Came in and paid cash, needed prescriptions refilled before my new insurance kicked in and also came in for a goute flairup and my heart medications I was out was for two months, high blood pressure that it is, never listen to my heart never listen to my lungs never even looked at my foot but wrote my prescriptions for my items, not used to such lackadaisical care usually they check all vitals at least,

I called to make an appointment [ last minute ] I arrived my paperwork was waiting for me in and out in a half an hour. I’ve been doing business with these people for 10 years. The best thing is the staff is always smiling. What a way to start your day

I had a bad experience there a few months back. I waited A really long time " half hour” to see a doctor and I was the only person in there, I asked three different time what’s taking so long the poor girl didn’t know why. I was finally brought back behind the iron curtain and there’s a hole lotta people sitting around. Flooring is really dirty won’t ever go back stick to the urgent care on Valencia & McBean.
The staff there was very pleasant and efficient. My wait time was reasonable and the Doctor I saw was thorough. I would recommend this AFC Urgent Care facility.
