I actually didn't end up being seen at this facility. I had a 3:30 appointment, so I assumed that I would be seen close to 3:30. I arrived 10-15 minutes early, as stated in the text I received. 45 minutes later, I still was waiting in the waiting room. I ended up leaving.
Took grandson in had piece of plastic fork in his finger happened when he opened it. Was told no he didn't have anything in finger. But surprisingly within the next 3 days it was infected and a piece of plastic came out of his finger.
Went in because a abscess tooth the Provider says yes let's get you on a antibiotic tonight. Paid my fees and left went to pick up meds no one called it in and they were now closed. It was 1:30 pm the next day before I got my meds. Never will go back shouldn't have ever went.
RecommendedDanielle was the nurse's name, I think. She was exactly what I needed to hear and see. She was reassuring but "matter of fact". In this particular climate of information control, I needed that.

Morgan in the front office was completely unprofessional rude and treats you like your stupid. Looked at powdersville AFC reviews after my experience and see so many complaints about how unprofessional your office is. Get rid of the ppl that treat your customer/ patients badly. This is beyond unprofessional ❗️❗️❗️ I was given two different appointments for virtual appointment. Not only did no one not call me back but I am Still waiting for an appointment. I expressed to the young lady when she called to get information that this could affect my job, because it was mandatory that I get tested..
