I originally scheduled my appointment for 12PM on a Friday via their website, and their team called me around 5 minutes after I scheduled my appointment on the website and asked if I wanted to schedule a virtual appointment at 10:45AM instead which was very convenient for me. Saving me a trip was very nice. Jackie was the doctor that assisted me and she was very professional and kind. She also assured me that my prescription was sent to the pharmacy of my choice.
