I was there today, tested for Type A flu. In talking to the doctor, i agreed to try the new med and he gave me a coupon. i told him i used Food City at Relocation Way. Well after waiting over an hour, Food City didnt have it. It was sent to the wrong location and that location was closed today. so after 2 calls, 3 hours later, I still dont have it. RecommendedThanks to all staff for getting me in and out as quickly as possible. Also thanks for treating me like a friend making me laugh even though i have the flu. Best place ever
Recommended4 stars Minus one star because the cash pay patient saw the doc first even though I was first in & I’d been waiting in my car since 20 min before they opened. I guess her paperwork went through faster w/o insurance hassles 🤷🏼♀️. Anyway, friendly staff, friendly doc, super busy &, as 2nd patient, I was out in 45 min. Hopefully they’ve juiced me up enough to get over this crud I’ve been dealing with for over a week. Continue the great work AFC, & I may not be going back to the urgent care on Little Debbie Pkwy 😉

RecommendedI had a wonderful experience at AFC at Ooltewah tonight. Kelly was very helpful with getting me sign in. My nurse Cheyenne was great. I did not feel the shot, she gave me.
RecommendedI highly recommend this minute clinic! Every time I’ve been here these people are all very nice and I never have to wait long to be seen.
