Most of the staff was very nice and friendly. An office employee told me I had to pay full amount since my deductible hadn't been met yet. I explained and showed her on my card I pay 20% copays. she snickered and said no, have to pay in full. I asked what if she made a mistake and she said they would reimburse me. Two months go by and I call their billing. lady said she would file for my reimbursement and I would receive it within a week. 2 hours to take a drug test,ridiculous, and covid people coming in out,didnt seem very safe

I went for testing. non covid. I did have to wait 2 1\2 hours. which I though was extreme. I understand that covid is causing extra testing. but they should have more staff there.

Took my dad in for a rapid Covid test today. I truly felt he didn’t have Covid but to satisfy all curiosity for a high risk 75yr old we went. What happened next was just amazing! I am so thankful for the staff. The lady at the “Covid questionnaire table” at the front was SO SWEET! She knew within seconds something was off. Daddy had very labored breathing and turning gray. The staff acted so quickly my head spun. They had us in a room, Stats done, emts called, there and loaded in probably less than 20mins!!!! He is now at Me... read more

The medical service that my son received was adequate. However, the billing for the practice is sub par. We paid a $116.83 copay for a COVID test which our insurance had already said they would pay. Indeed, the insurance paid the full amount of the test. I waited two months, no refund (or communication) from AFC. I called and spoke with a representative, they indicated that I did have a credit but it would take 2-3 weeks to process the refund (even though they had 4 had the insurance payment for over a month). The worst experience ever, book a appointment online and follow instructions to arrive 10-15 early to have to sit and wait an additional 30-45 to still not getting the test that’s need .. customer service needs to be better. And the receptionist feeding me B.s wasn’t the best experience... horrible experience y’all need to work on customer service more than anything

Absolutely the worst walk in clinic! We made an appointment and still wanted 2.5 hours to have a test and we were treating awful, staff was so rude. The FNP didn’t go over any patient information or medical charts! Ms E. Jackson (FNP) was more unorganized then any of the other staff! Several people were sitting in waiting area with no mask even though they claim to provide them but they DO NOT!
