Clean, efficient and easy check-in online, makes this the best Urgent Care in our area. Parking is also simple, which in Philly is unheard of! I am happy they are in our area!
DO NOT COME HERE. The front desk staff are not concerned with providing adequate care to their patients, they are only concerned with lining their pockets with money. When I arrived and explained why I was at urgent care (wrist pain that had me in tears), I was told that my only options for treatment were to leave and return with a Workman’s Comp claim or to pay out-of-pocket. Went to the urgent care because I was feeling dizzy and nauseous. I did not have to wait long. Was seen quickly. Everyone was very nice and friendly.
I usually really like this urgent care but after my experience I will not be returning. I needed time sensitive medication for my tick bite and they sent it to the wrong pharmacy after I specifically stated verbally and identified on my intake paper work the pharmacy I wanted. If I get lymes disease and it progresses because of this I will be taking legal action for this error.
