During this awful year, they have stepped up to provide rapid COVID Testing; and have done an amazing job of streamlining this process as much as possible. There is a wait, it's not instantaneous but when you need an answer and to be seen and cared for, I cannot fathom how they could do it any better. Went for Covid test Wednesday. Husband was positive. Took 4 hours. No meds prescribed, which was fine. We will try OTC meds as directed. Told to call back if no improvement. Well...today I call back because he has not gotten any better and is coughing to the point of vomiting frequently, and robitussin DM is on zero help. I would never recommend urgent care. My appointment was at 12:47, I wasn’t seen until 1:55, no big deal, I understand they’re busy, however my boss who was exposed with me her appointment was at 11:30 and she wasn’t texted until 3:26 pm to come inside and get tested- where’s the logic? Also it’s been coming up on 4 hours now and no results- not a huge deal- EXCEPT I was guaranteed results in 20 minutes, and nobody will answer the phone after numerous phone calls.
