Went in for a sinus infection. Gave proof of insurance. In and out in less than 15 minutes. No problem. 3 weeks later, they charged my credit card AFTER they had been paid by my insurance provider. Their billing department acknowledged the error but months later, zero refund. Numerous calls, zero response. Filed a complaint with my insurance company's Provider Relations. I won't go back again.
I've been there a couple times and every single time it is a great experience. I recommend going here over the ER any day! From the front desk lady to the doctors themselves everyone is great. Thanks for a smooth visit!
Just left after needing stitches from a freak yard work accident. Not only did they take me immediately (I was in and out in about 25min!!!) but the woman at the front desk was so kind and accomodating and they worked with me since they don't accept my insurance there and it was extremely cheap!!! To have it be actually cheap yet high quality care AND avoid the ER on a holiday weekend was unbelievable.
