I was grateful for a new urgent care in Mission Valley. Service was fast and they're very friendly!
We just left here and I will never come back. The doctor we had was really irrated & rude with my son who is 4 since he wouldn't let her look in his ears, mind you he doesn't liked being touched. He just got over an ear infection a week ago and she said he has another ear infection and put him back on the same medicine he was on with the first one. � They messed up his birthday, put in the charts a completely different medication then from what I told them (he has ADHD) and then left one medication out. I cought that bug going around... so happy you guys are close , clean and friendly. Staff were great! only had to wait 2 hours wich is pretty good considering I walked in. They offered water and masks as well! Played some good movies!! I'll be going here for all my emergency needs from now on!! 5☆ all the way.
After severely burning the top of my foot on Christmas Eve while cooking I finally decided to have it checked out on 12/29. The check in process was seamless and the paperwork was reasonable. The waiting was full, but the process was smooth and I was out of there in under 2 hours. Dr. Batte and the nurse were very friendly and provided comforting and efficient care (great since I have white coat syndrome).
