If you “check in” online it makes no difference. Don’t bother. The service and attitudes of those are far less than urgent. Hell, at great clips (for example) if you check and get your hair cut. they have reserved your spot upon arrival. Not here so I left. Carewell In Northborough took me in quick (checked in first) and was seen asap. Left with tetanus and 3 RXs; learned if I let my wound go much longer I could deteriorate quick. Nothing Is Urgent at AFC.
5 star the were very helpful to me.
Had a great experience getting my daughter evaluated and treated. Everyone was nice and prompt. Definitely an easier process than trying to get into the PCPs office for a sick visit. Being able to put in an online “reservation” was also very helpful.
Clean facility and courteous staff. Convenient location. Perfect for minor illnesses. Would recommend.
