While the staff is great, the owner and their billing policies leave a lot to be desired. I have been owed a refund of $169 since the middle of March. I have called weekly to check on the status. I have been told to call back, to wait a few more days, to check my credit card statement, that the owner would call me back, that the check was in the mail. I have left messages, not one of them returned. I am so frustrated and disgusted by this I don’t even know what to do anymore.
