I made an appointment, uploaded the documents required, came to this location only to find out this location is not even open. No one is answering the call. I wish I could rate zero star.
Extremely convenient. All booking and communication was automated and easy to use. Have used them 3 times and will continue to!
The reason why I gave 3 stars and not 5 is due to the attitude that I received over the phone by the Receptionist/MA. I called to see what kind of "Rapid" testing they were performing on my daughter's as I tested Positive at my job 4 days ago and want to ensure my family is safe as they where in and out of the clinic under 15 minutes! With attitude, they expressed that They are using the same "At Home" testing device that you can purchase at your local Pharmacy. Why is this place even letting you book appointments knowing they not gonna be open I’ve booked 2 appointments n each day they not open this is horrible
SCAM! This is not even a real clinic. You book your COVID appointment online and when you get there the doors are closed! I lost my flight to visit my family because of this. NOT acceptable.
