very friendly staff. All questions answered without me feeling like i was dumb. Even thou masks were being worn i could tell everyone had a genuine smile.
I see a lot of bad reviews for this place. I don’t agree with them. The NP here was very helpful and willing to listen to my health concerns and did all she could to help me. Front desk staff were nice. Place is 10/10. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, or you can. I had a good experience though.
I just left her and spoke with Dr. Chesson about my two small children who have the flu. She came in with a very nasty demeanor and indifference to the treatment of my kids. when I asked to see another physician she told me no one else was available and threatened to call the police to remove me. she was very condescending and NASTY. I dont know if shes just racist but there is an issue. Management did nothing and neither did Spartanburg County

Today I went into the Duncan Urgent Care with my son. The receptionist there Tina was very unprofessional. When we approached the window immediately she seem angry. She even was confrontational asking me to leave threatening to call the police. Her reaction to me asking for explanation to an issue. Do you have the money or not is what she asked me. The money was never an issue. I cannot believe this kind of stuff still exist. I want say what stuff. She don’t need to be sitting at no ones front desk with that behavior...I’m s... read more
