Absolutely the worst. Lost or misplaced my test results, left me sitting and waiting for six days to find out if I had a DVT or not, then lied and tried to blame it on the imaging center, even though the imaging center has documentation that the fax was sent and received. Plus, why would they not contact the imaging center after a day or so, if AFC had not received the results? Is that their SOP, oh, well, no results, let's just let this go?
