Called to ask how busy they were and ask about wait time and the woman who answered was rude and hung up on me while I was asking a question. I’ll stick with Weymouth where I’ve had nothing but great service.
I had a minor medical emergency on Monday and my PCP was not able to see me. I decided to give AFC Urgent Care a try instead of paying a high copay at the emergency room. As a BSN I cannot express how awesome my experience here was. The medical assistant Stephanie was kind, empathetic and did her job with impeccable skill. Very clean facility. Wait was about 29 minutes. Not bad at all for a walk in business. Faculty from the front desk, triage to the Dr. were all fabulous. 👍🏽
