this was my first time visiting AFC urgent care in Braintree and my experience was very pleasant. The staff were very pleasant, and the office is very clean. I was called in quickly, I was in and out in less than 40 minutes and was grateful for that.
several times applied to this place about the fear of children and always received qualified help. I highly recommend that place!

On a scale 1 to 10 I give them a 10. I do this reluctantly fearing that they’ll be overloaded with patients. It’s nice to go to a facility that runs like a well oiled machine. In the healthcare field it’s always hurry up and wait. The wait time is extremely reasonable. What are arrived there were 8 to 10 people ahead of me. Brought a newspaper with me and barely had a chance to read it.

No wait, cheaper than going to my pcp (currently i dont have insurance). they were kind and helpful!
Not bad but not great. The PAs could be better with their communication. I didn’t realize I had cellulitis until I left the clinic and read the paper work. The PA who saw me never told me, wrote a script and sent me on my way. Wait time was minimal. My insurance was sure to bill me for the visit though.
Went to urgent care this morning right at 8 o’clock AM when they first opened had a few people waiting and yes first thought was it’s going to be a long one. Checked in about 8:05 and was done and out the door by 8:25. Everyone from the receptionist, the gentleman ( Evan) who took my vitals and asked what was going on to Dr Werner were all amazing and very caring. I would highly recommend this place!!
