So grateful to the kind, professional staff and Dr. Magaiello who, despite a pretty full waiting room, got me on my way in a timely manner this morning. They had my medication right there, so I didn't even have to go to a pharmacy. What wonderful, compassionate, good-natured people!
On Halloween my daughter fell and broke her arm. I arrived to the doctors express parking lot and pulled in at approximately 5:57pm. As I pulled my car into the parking space directly in front of the entry door a staff member obviously saw my car and ran to the door to lock it. Then turned the lobby lights out and walked away, completely ignoring the fact that I was obviously there for help. It was then that I noticed closing time was posted as 6pm. I have been to Doctors Express numerous times and can't say enough about this urgent care center. I have ALWAYS found each doctor, nurse, and receptionist to be highly professional and friendly. I have never had a long wait and each diagnosis was spot on. Meds needed were called into my local pharmacy, and before I knew it I was back home recuperating. I highly recommend Doctors Express.
