Absolute worst customer service. Marilyn was being flirted with with a guy who was getting a physical who got in after me. She called him in first and let me sitting there in a cold sweat possibly with the flu. I’m still sitting here 90 minutes later and I’ve only seen 2 patients in here. Horrible and should be illegal. Stay away from this place
Although the nurse practitioner who saw my daughter was good, it took us more than 2 hrs there because everything was extremely slow. We were the only ones there but it still took them forever to see us.
After receiving a call from a collection agency which I paid, I called my insurance company to find out about the bill. I found out that Doctors Express billed the service using the wrong codes. The insurance company now reversed the claim and the money is owed back. Laura at Doctors Express told me everything will be okay and I'll get the money back 11 business days later after the check was mailed from the insurance company to Doctors Express I called and Laura will not accept my calls. Hated my whole experience there. Dr Michael Rothman was rude and obnoxious. I am very hesitant on going to the doctors usually because I believe our bodies should be able to fight off any illness on their own. Today after being sick and in pain for several days I decided the pain in my ear was bad enough to go see a doctor. This was the one of the places in the area so I decided to go there. I've visited Doctors Express a few times in the past couple years and received prompt, excellent service. When my husband fell and split his forehead, requiring stitches, the doctor and nurses were very efficient and caring. The staff is always helpful and the owner, Laura Fabbro, has been recognized by Mayor Yaede and many others for her outstanding service to the community. I'm happy to highly recommend the best urgent care center around.

Don't EVER set foot inside this "Dr's Office". I went to get antibiotics for an infection and needed them urgently. Initially they were nice and I received no issues. Dr was quick and friendly, gave my me prescription and everything was fine. However, they are a SCAM. They charged me MORE than what my insurance deductible was and are receiving both my money and the reimbursement from the insurance claim and are telling me that "that's how our office is run" therefore admitting they are a FRAUD. My husband took my son tonight attempting to be seen by a doctor. We are both working parents and I really wanted him to be seen tonight as I could not get an appointment this late with his pediatrician. So my husband walked in at 745 and was advised the doctor is no longer seeing patients. I do believe that the operating hours are 8am-8pm. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I went yesterday the day after Christmas because I was not feeling well at all. I only went because my primary doctor was closed. I was told that I was fine and that it was a viral "thing" that was going around. The lady who was my "doctor" told me there was nothing she could do for me meanwhile I hear her giving someone else medicine for the same thing I was there for.
