Cost me thousands to fix their mistake AFA Air installed my ducted AC in 2019, placing the outdoor unit just metres from my neighbour’s bedroom and blowing air into their bathroom window. The noise was like constant city traffic at night—I couldn’t use my AC, and it was impacting my neighbour. Even Daikin states outdoor units should be positioned with neighbours in mind.
