Dr. Thai was extremely rough in my mouth and his bed side manners are horrific... To include poking my lip with a sharp instrument and not even apologizing.
I had been taking my brother, who is developmentally delayed, to the Kent office and really like it. He was scheduled to be seen again today. He took anti anxiety meds before this appointment as the dentist prescribed. We showed up to his appointment, after driving for an hour, only to find this location closed. I was never contacted about this closure. I called and found out that not only was this location closed, but they are not longer accepting his insurance at the other locations.
