I booked through classpass and it was cancelled because it’s closed by 7. They should at least update the service schedule instead of causing inconvenience to customers. Very disappointed

I didn’t get the service I paid for. I was told my treatment would have been 90 minutes. Instead it was under an hour. In addition, most of my face was left untreated. The entire surface area was not covered. Truly disappointed. Nice clean place though. As a Nurse in the field myself, I am not impressed.
