The service was excellent. I was having trouble picking a shoe that would work for me and an injury I'm dealing with and the staff member must have brought me 8 pairs and was so patient as I tried and retried and tested walking around in them!
Had a couple wonderful interactions with a team member named Mike. Wonderful disposition and had some great advice. Happy to support this Halifax institution.

5-star customer experience. The staff's extensive shoe knowledge really shines through from the first minute you walk in! They really helped with finding a running shoe with the right fit-- who knew there were so many nuances between shoe brands/models! Joseph also showed me a cool lacing technique to help with my god-awful bunion. This store is a real Halifax gem.
