Chris went above and beyond to help me find some shoes and explained everything along the way. Can't thank him enough for being so kind and helpful. I was nervous to go into a specialty store since I'm a newbie to running, but Chris was so welcoming and explained everything from the different styles of shoes to finding the right fit for my feet. I left with a great pair of shoes and feeling confident and knowledgeable about choosing them.
The service was excellent. I was having trouble picking a shoe that would work for me and an injury I'm dealing with and the staff member must have brought me 8 pairs and was so patient as I tried and retried and tested walking around in them!
Had a couple wonderful interactions with a team member named Mike. Wonderful disposition and had some great advice. Happy to support this Halifax institution.
