Owner is an absolute scumbag, He gave an uninhabitable apartment that had roaches, no heating, no hot water, toilet constantly running, shower and sink not draining, oven & stove didn't work AND leaked gas, windows broken, gate to complex & garage were broken. He did not make adequate repairs nor did he make them in a timely manner. When you bring up issues he denies all responsibility and blames you for breaking it.
