Their fans don't work. I got the 140 CFM wall-mount fan for a very small bathroom and the walls are dripping with water with it on full blast. Called their "customer service" line and was told - sorry, we can let you talk to a technician, but we can't take it back. What is talking to a technician going to do?? Terrible customer service and way to stand behind their product.
Much needed tech support (because of inadequate/misleading instructions) is non-existent.
I have having problems with my new Aero Pure AP120-SL humidity controlled fan and I am also having problems getting support. It looks great, it just doesn't work as advertised. I'm asking the company for troubleshooting tips or a replacement.
