I had scheduled my yearly service for my furnace. The technician, Shane A, gave me a call to notify me that he would be arriving. He arrived promptly at 8 AM, which was awesome! He got right to work and was able to perform the service in about an hour. He had fantastic customer service and I was extremely satisfied with the service! This is a great value to have and the peace of mind I get with Aero Energy is something I'm glad to have. Keep up the great work!

Great job by Shane, the best overall inspection and checking out system that I have had from anybody on my Airconditioning system.
I had a wonderful conversation today with Sherri R. She was informative and listened to what I had to say and made me feel at ease during our talk. Sherri knew exactly what I needed and made a confusing time very easy to understand.
Shantell was very helpful to me when I called to make my monthly budget payment. I find it really easy to do business with Aero.
Received a courtesy call today from Kim who reminded me my budget plan had expired for the year. Unfortunately the payments were going up significantly - so she explained in great detail the rate increases for the next budget plan and was able to help me make a decision for the upcoming year. An hour or so later I received a call back from Aero with an offer for a fixed budget plan for the next 12 months within our budget. The best managed team I have ever had here in Baltimore County to service my AC and Boiler, very professional, courteous and prompt. I would recommend them very highly.
