I had a furnace issue I called Aero because I had used them 2015. They reactivated my account and gave me my options. I picked the best option for my situation and they were at my house in a matter of hours. Problem fixed. Shane, my tech, was very nice. I'll stay with Aero Energy from now on.
We lost heat just before a storm. Temp is reported to drop as low as 5 F tonight. Tommy was here first thing this morning and had the heat back on within 1/2 hour.
Aero is a customer oriented company. Kim the representative was very helpful as she patiently walked me through all my options. Very satisfied
